Photography is a way of expressing creativity, passion, beauty ... and like any other form of art, it is limited only by the imagination and vision of the photographer.
Photography helps us to capture moments in time which might otherwise be forgotten or tucked away only in the backs of our minds. A photo can take us back to a moment, a place, a memory ... in vivid detail ... with a simple glance. When we share those memories, they come more to life with beautifully captured visual moments.
What young couple does not want to remember their wedding day? ... What parents do not want to capture the early moments of their newborn child, or the memory of their high-school senior before they head off to college? ... Who does not want to see themselves (or the ones they love) in a beautiful, artistic way? ... captured and preserved for all time.
Photography can tell incredible stories, remind us of precious moments, or make us ask want to ask questions like Who? What? When? Where? Why? How? ... Capturing moments, preserving memories, and telling the stories that make the viewer want to ask these questions is one of the things I love most about photography.
It is my belief that photography adds something special to our lives. It can add life to a story, detail to a memory, beauty to a moment, and joy to our everyday life. What will our photography add to you?
Captures moments in ways not expected, anticipated, or imagined.
